Who is this course for?

It is a requirement that everyone working on a building site in Australia or works in some jobs that has certain levels of requirements towards safety, to hold a Construction Induction Card, now known as a 'White Card'. Successful completion of this course will allow you to work on a building sites or roads in Australia.

The White Card is valid for all of Australia and was previously known as a "Green Card".

Where is the course held?

The course is run over 1 day (8 hours including breaks and lunch and Assessment)

Bankstown: 8.30am - 4pm every Monday and Friday.

Blacktown: 8.30am - 4pm every Monday and Wednesday

Time to Arrive?

You must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for registration and ID check. All courses close for entry 30 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you are more than 30 minutes late you will not be admitted and a rescheduling fee applies. See terms and conditions.

How much does it cost?

The cost for White Card course is $79. An additional $20 is payable at the completion of your course for processing of your actual white card. (This is a fee that NSW WorkCover charges and not Licences 4 Work).

Further Assistance

Licences 4 work will provide access to learning support services and resources to assist participants to achieve the course learning outcomes (e.g . Interpreter services). If you needaccess to these services please contact the centre manager prior to the course date. (Fees mayapply).

You’re ID – special ID requirements have been set out by work cover

You are required to show the accredited assessor original EOI documents that add up to at least 100 points. Original documents MUST be provided. Certified copies will not be accepted.

Full Australian Birth Certificate/Birth card No: State: 70pts
Australian or international passport (current or expired within last two years but not cancelled) 70pts
Australian citizenship certificate 70pts

Current Australian drivers licence No: State: 40pts
Current Australian state or territory photo/proof of age card (eg NSW RTA issued photo card) 40pts
Current Australian learner drivers licence/permit 40pts
Current Australian boat operators photo licence (eg NSW PWC photo card) 40pts
Current NSW firearms photo licence 40pts
Current Australian issued NCOC photo licence (post 2006) or high risk work licence 40pts
Australian Police or Dept of Defence card (with photo) 40pts
Medicare card DVA card Centrelink card Savings card or bank statement 25pts each
Motor vehicle registration papers 25pts
Credit card, Telephone account, Utility Bill (ie water,electricity, gas) 25pts each
